Comfort and moisture
Biotrue ONEday has a very high water content (78%), close to the water content of the eye's own cornea, and its HyperGel material is designed to hold that moisture through the day. Acuvue Moist uses Lacreon, a wetting agent built into the lens, to keep the surface cushioned and moist. Both are comfortable for most people. If your eyes feel dry or tired by evening, many wearers find Biotrue ONEday slightly more comfortable, but comfort is personal, and the best test is trying both.
Power range
Acuvue Moist covers a wider range at our store, from -0.25 up to -12.00. Biotrue ONEday goes from -0.50 to -9.00. If your power is higher than -9.00, Acuvue Moist is the choice between these two.
Price
Acuvue Moist is about ₹475 cheaper per box of 30. For both eyes, one box lasts 15 days, so that is roughly ₹32 a day saved. If you wear lenses every day, the saving adds up over a year.
