How to read your prescription
A toric prescription has three numbers for each eye:
- SPH (sphere): your short- or long-sightedness, for example -2.50
- CYL (cylinder): the amount of astigmatism, for example -1.25
- AXIS: the direction of the astigmatism, a number from 0 to 180, for example 180
You select all three on the product page. If your two eyes are different, order one box for each eye. Contact lens values can differ from the prescription for glasses, so use a contact lens prescription, or WhatsApp it to us and we will check it for you.

How long does a box last?
Most people with astigmatism have a different prescription in each eye, so you usually need one box per eye. A monthly 6-lens box lasts 6 months for one eye. A daily 30-lens box lasts one month for one eye.
Frequently asked questions
Can I wear normal lenses if my astigmatism is small?
Sometimes, if the CYL is very low (for example -0.50 or -0.75), an ordinary lens may give acceptable vision. Your eye doctor can advise. For clear, stable vision with higher CYL, a toric lens is needed.
Why does my vision blur when I blink with a toric lens?
Toric lenses are designed to settle in one position. If vision keeps shifting, the fit or axis may need checking. Contact your eye doctor or WhatsApp us.
